Command Security Group was founded by a dedicated security professional whose journey through the industry has shaped the values and vision of the company.

From the very beginning, my journey in the security industry has been driven by people. I started out as a steward at football grounds, working part‑time while quickly realising I had a natural ability to read a crowd, assess an environment, and stay calm under pressure. That experience led me to complete my Door Supervisor qualification, where I discovered just how much I enjoyed problem‑solving and supporting others.
Over time, colleagues recognised my strengths, and recommended I move into close protection — a step that opened the door to more advanced training and a deeper understanding of what professional security truly requires. Each role I’ve taken on has strengthened my commitment to doing this work properly, with integrity, confidence, and genuine care for the people I’m protecting.

Command Security Group was built from that foundation. My vision is to grow this company into a trusted, scalable security provider that still holds onto the values that brought me into the industry in the first place: helping people, creating safe environments, and delivering a service that feels both professional and human. I’m proud to have found a way to turn those traits into meaningful work — and I’m excited to see how far we can take it.

Licenses, Insurance and Compliance
Command Security Group operates to recognised legal and industry standards, ensuring a consistently reliable and professional service. All members of the security team hold a Level 2 SIA licence and are trained in First Aid, providing the competence and confidence needed for frontline roles.​
Our close protection personnel are qualified to SIA Level 3, bringing enhanced skills suited to higher‑risk situations and personal‑protection environments.​​
A dedicated team also specialises in CCTV monitoring, offering trained oversight and accurate incident reporting.
The organisation maintains full insurance coverage and follows clear operational procedures to ensure services are delivered safely, lawfully, and to a consistently high standard.​​
