Door Supervisor 

We’re looking for confident, reliable Door Supervisors to join our team across Birmingham’s busiest bars, clubs, and event venues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in creating a safe, positive atmosphere for guests. 

Close Protection Officer

We’re recruiting Close Protection Officers who can operate confidently in corporate, private, and high‑profile situations. This position is best suited to people who stay cool under pressure, think proactively, and deliver discreet, dependable protection.

Area Manager

An Area Manager with Command Security Group leads multiple venue security teams across Birmingham, ensuring every site runs smoothly, safely, and to a consistently high standard. You’ll be the visible point of support for staff and clients, handling rota oversight, performance, incident escalation, and day‑to‑day operational delivery. This role needs someone organised, people‑focused, and confident managing fast‑paced environments. You’ll build strong relationships, keep teams motivated, and make sure every venue feels supported and ready to deliver.

Event Steward

Event Stewards help keep crowds safe, moving, and well‑informed. You’ll monitor behaviour, support safe crowd flow, and act as a calm, visible point of guidance throughout each event.

You’ll also assist with queue management, entry checks, and responding to minor issues, always maintaining a friendly, reassuring presence that helps create a smooth and safe experience for everyone attending.

Dog Handler

Security Dog Handlers provide a highly visible, proactive safety presence, using their trained dogs to deter risk, support crowd safety, and protect people and property. You’ll patrol designated areas, respond to incidents, and work closely with venue teams to maintain a safe, controlled environment.

You must be fully up to date with current legislation, welfare standards, and operational best practice, bringing a calm, professional approach and strong handling skills to every deployment.
